OBJECTIVE 

Plan, produce, and execute the finale of a four-month-long singing competition that featured more than 800 artists from around the country to find Cumulus Media’s NASH NEXT winner. Ten finalists from various regions won a spot in the final competition that was held at the Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville.

STRATEGY

REACH worked alongside Cumulus Media to coordinate all logistics with the venue, fabricate a branded set for the judges, print and display event signage / décor, and advance all onsite production needs for each artist.  REACH developed the run of show, managed the stage and worked with the venue’s production team to ensure the competition stayed on schedule.  Each of the 10 finalists performed one song and received critique from the panel of celebrity judges.  At the conclusion of the show, scores were tallied, the judges deliberated and the winner was announced as applause and streamers filled the venue.  The finale was open to the public as well as streamed live to maximize exposure.

RESULT 

REACH produced successful NASH NEXT finale events for three consecutive years with each year being bigger and better than the last.
