Objective

Assist Burger King in taking over the Oasis, an open-air performance venue in Miami for Billboard En Vivo, an invite only event featuring a guest list of city’s top social influencers, during Billboard Latin Music Week. Allow fans to sample products and create an immersive and engaging experience both during and outside of the performance.

Strategy

Produce an unforgettable experience for Latin Music Fans that embeds Burger King in music culture. Design and execute various unique activations, including a photo op, a sampling station, and over-the-top entranceway, and an oversized, interactive food sampling wall to create a memorable experience for fans.

Result

1,500 hand-selected fans packed The Oasis and enjoyed the concert, while also sampling Burger King menu items and interacting with the various activations enveloping the space. REACH is proud to have brought the ultimate Burger King experience to Billboard Latin Music Week and grow brand admiration and loyalty among Latin consumers.
