Since 2011, CMA has engaged REACH to provide turn-key event sponsor management for their corporate brands at CMA Music Festival which attracts over 350,000 country music fans to downtown Nashville during the 4-day festival.
2025 CMA Music Festival official Partners included ABC, Anheuser Busch, Chevrolet, Kawasaki, Celsius, Idahoan Foods, Wild Turkey Bourbon Whiskey, and many more.
REACH provides robust attention to detail to ensure the smooth and successful execution for each on-site Partner activation. From coordinating logistics with Kawasaki to build a 2-story container structure complete with digital screens, strategizing with ABC as they built a human claw machine promoting the premiere of their new season of The Bachelorette, to organizing the placement of over 35 CMA Partner footprints on the busy streets of downtown Nashville, REACH will continue to support CMA and their official Partners again in 2026.
Inside CMA’s Fan Fair X, REACH procures content for and manages the Close Up Stage. Unique from all the other live performance stages, the CMA Close Up Stage provides a uniquely intimate opportunity for fans to interact with their favorite country artists and celebrities through thoughtfully curated interviews, acoustic performances and more.
