Kretschmar nashville hospitality trip
Plan, coordinate, and execute a 60+ person trip for Kretschmar Deli Meat and Cheeses’ clients, retailers and consumers during the 2015 CMA Music Festival. Provide guests a one-of-a-kind Kretschmar experience during the 3-day trip to strengthen and continue customer service and retention.
Determine local partners and vendors best suited for the event within the client’s budget. Research and confirm all event logistics including booking a venue and menu for the corporate dinner and show, arranging airport and ground transportation and coordinating guest arrival, departure and hospitality details with the Loews Hotel. Negotiate and purchase guest entertainment such as CMT Awards tickets, suites at Nissan Field during CMA Music Fest nightly concerts, consumer gift baskets, as well as plan a private shopping event at the Boot Barn on Broadway. Manage all guest relations as the onsite contact and coordinator at each Kretschmar event.
The 3-day experience was planned and executed in an efficient and enjoyable manner. Kretschmar and their guests were overwhelmingly pleased with their entire Nashville experience including the unique Music City themed gifts and the personal attention that was provided to them throughout the trip. Since 2015 was such a success, Kretschmar and REACH have already begun the initial plans for their return trip to Nashville in 2016.
