Norwegian Cruise Lines engaged REACH to produce a 25th Anniversary Celebration for loyal guests of their Casino’s At Sea program.  Norwegian’s goal was to create a memorable concert experience on the beautiful island (and cruise ship port) of Bermuda that would entice the CAS High Rollers to set sail on this celebratory cruise. REACH’s Talent Buying Division negotiated Grammy nominated country artist Jake Owen to headline the evening and the event was set into motion. A key site visit determined the perfect event location would be the historical National Museum of Bermuda adjacent to the cruise line’s dockyard, a convenient commute for patrons. REACH producers connected with local design teams, caterers and immigration agents alike to ensure a smooth and successful production.

Prior to the main concert event, one hundred “VVIP” guests were treated to a private reception complete with a signature cocktail, performance by Villette Holmes and a Meet and Greet with Jake Owen. REACH delivered a luxurious atmosphere in the museum’s Queens Exhibition Hall to ensure these key guests felt important and appreciated. After the reception, four hundred VIP attendees joined the group in an outdoor concert space where dinner and drinks were served to the sounds of a local steel drum player.  Creative, hand-held dinner choices were curated so guests could easily move about through the spacious venue. When Jake Owen took the stage at sunset, guests rallied to the stage and sang and danced under the stars.  Every attendee left the event feeling sincerely appreciated by Norwegian Cruise Lines and excited to spend the rest of their evening in the ship’s casino – the primary end goal for the client. After the success of this initial event, Norwegian is planning to continue celebrating Casino’s at Sea Anniversaries in years to come!
